Company Profile

NWT offers trust, corporate and fund services to corporates, high net worth individuals, fund managers and promoters. NWT has its main offices in Mauritius and Geneva, with subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Brazil, Canada and British Virgin Islands. Its main operating companies are NWT (Mauritius) Limited, NWT Management SA and NWT Conseil SA in Geneva.

NWT focuses on creating practical and fit for purpose solutions for its clients when setting up and administering their structures, be it companies, trusts, foundations, mutual funds or private equity funds across different jurisdictions around the world. With our longstanding global client base, we have acquired the necessary skills and ability to take a global view and approach with regards to each clients’ specific needs.

NWT (Mauritius) Limited is licensed by the Financial Services Commission with a Management license and also holds a CIS Administrator license. We are licensed by the FSC under Section 77 of the FSA to set up, manage and provide nominee and other services to a corporation (which carries on or intends to carry on any global business and such class of corporation as may be prescribed) or act as a corporate trustee or qualified trustee under the Trusts Act 2001.

NWT Management SA, and NWT Conseil SA are regulated by Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financier (ARIF), "a self-regulatory body approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for the supervision of the financial intermediaries referred to in Article 2 Para 3 of the Swiss Federal Law on combatting money laundering and terrorism in the financial sector (AMLA). ARIF is also recognised by FINMA as a professional organisation for laying down rules of conduct relating to the practice of the profession of independent asset manager within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on collective investment schemes".
